- "Party", "Parties", refers to both the Client and the Company.
- All terms pertain to the payment process necessary for our assistance to the Client in delivering our stated services, subject to the laws of Romania.
Fulfillment Policy:
- We prioritize customer satisfaction and take all service-related complaints seriously.
- This Policy outlines our delivery policy and refund rules for services purchased.
Delivery Policy:
Red Rainbo Digital SRL provides various digital marketing services. Services are delivered electronically and via telephonic means, as requested by the client.
Refunds:
Returns may be offered if the service has not been performed yet.
Exceptions:
- Refunds may be refused if:
- The service was delivered as ordered, but the client changed their mind.
- The client was aware of or notified about service issues before purchase.
- The client didn’t like or had no use for the service after purchase.
- Failure to report issues within 7 days of receipt.
Return Policy:
As digital marketing services are provided, no returns are available. Refunds are subject to the conditions stated above.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are not permitted once any work has started.
Project Abandonment:
If the client fails to participate or respond within 30 days, the project may be abandoned. In such cases, any refund may be reduced to zero.
Refund Fee:
All refunds are subject to Stripe's processing fees.
